Smith’s collection. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By using the Website, Content, or Services, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in King County, Washington in all disputes arising out of or relating to your use.

10. General. This is the entire agreement between you and the Studio Classroom and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (written or oral). If any portion of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, that portion will be construed in accordance with applicable law to the greatest extent possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties, and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect. the Studio Classroom’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
